An automobile engineer by profession, a keen learner having an eye for details our leader was known for challenging the status quo. A ring leader among friends, deeply respectful towards his parents and elders, Shri Sunil Chatra planned for taking the name of Shri Durgamba to the next level. With his unique philosophy “work to relax”, dedication and foresight, he succeeded in positioning Shri Durgamba as a niche player in transport operations under PPP model. Strongly believing in the principle that healthy competition brings out the best, he encouraged fellow operators to work together for greater success in business. Sri Sunil Chatra earned respect not only in the business fraternity but also in the official circles due to his straight forward approach, honest opinions, clarity of thought, ability to foresee challenges and crisis handling skills. An avid sportsman in his youth, he was an exceptional player in Badminton and Cricket. Qualities of true sportsman blended with excellent leadership skill and humane in nature made him a great person to deal with facilitating remarkable progress of Shri Durgamba in short span of time. The team draws inspiration from Sri Sunil Chatra who continues to be in the beacon of all our endeavours to lead us on the path of righteousness.

Mrs. Soumya Sunil – Managing Director
Mrs Soumya Sunil is the present Managing Director, a dedicated and talented organizer, team player and a compassionate leader. Being a graduate in Psychology and a PGDM in HR, she brings-in extensive experience in the field of Human Resource Management and Training. She believes that the Company’s success lies in the success of its employees. Her motto – ‘We grow when our employee’s potential grow!’.
Mr. Ranganath Rao – VP Operations (City Bus)
Mr Ranganath Rao is associated with Shri Durgamba since 20yrs+ and has contributed immensely to the Company’s success. With his expertise in strategic planning, systematic planning, analysis of a situation, the Company has overcome issues with ease. He practices high standards of principles in business and preaches the same to his fellow team members.
Mr. Prince Joseph – Operation Head (Bhopal)
Mr. Prince Joseph is working as the Operational head, Bhopal. He is associated with Shri Durgamba since 2013. He has played a vital role in successfully managing the city bus operations at Raipur, Korba and Bilaspur. He is a BTech graduate in Computers & also has a MBA in Faculty Management. At leisure he loves to play football, cricket and an avid traveller.
Mr. Rathnakar Baghavath – Financial Advisor
A senior Banker possessing vast experience. Served in a reputed nationalized bank for over three and a half decades in various parts of the country in different capacities handling important assignments both in operations and administration. As one of the executives in the top management grade headed prestigious Delhi Zone before moving to Corporate Office as General Manager heading HRM, the position he held till superannuating in June 2019. A post graduate in commerce brings to table people management, leadership skills and financial discipline aspects.
Mr. Avinash Shetty – Depot Manager
Joined Shri Durgamba as checking inspector in the year 2012. Having a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, worked up the ladder to make his place as a Depot Manager. His hobbies include reading, watching movies & playing cricket.
Mr. Ashok Kumar Singh – Maintenance Manager
An electrical diploma holder. He has been a vital part of Bhopal Team in setting up the maintenance team. He has been associated with Shri Durgamba since 2015. Incharge of the maintenance and depot at Bhopal. He is an avid badminton and cricket player.
Mr. Praveen Poojary – Depot Manager
Joined Shri Durgamba as checking inspector in the year 2012. Having a degree in ITI, worked up the ladder to make his place as a Depot Manager. His hobbies include reading & playing cricket.
